Ensure it is firmly positioned and stable before use. Apply water-based lubricant to the grindable surface, any insertable element (if included), and yourself. Insert the body wand into the bowl-shaped cup at the top of the grinder. Make sure the wand is seated securely before continuing. Straddle the grinder. If the design includes an insertable, guide it into a comfortable position, then lower yourself onto the grindable surface at your own pace. Once comfortable, turn on the wand.
