Temprid Residual Insecticide is registered for the use in the management of ants, cockroaches, spiders, fleas and bed bugs (including pyrethroid-resistant) in various domestic, commercial, industrial and public buildings. Temprid 75 is a suspension concentrate that offers a unique dual mode of action by combining two powerful and effective residual insectides: Betacyfluthrin and Imidacloprid. Key features and benefits of Temprid 75 Residual Insecticide:Unique fast action combined with long residual actionTwo modes of actionUses HAS™ (Homogenised Active Solution) technology which combines both actives via a unique milling process which defines precise tolerances to ensure the optimum particle size and ensures the two actives work together to maximum effectWater based with low applicaton rateCan be used indoors and outdoorsTemprid is twice as fast as BifenthrinA versatile product that can be relied on to perform at any stage of the pest life-cycleControls pests for up to 28 days when applied preventativelyHighly cost effective – Temprid offers 10 times more control at eight weeksTemprid 75 uses HAS™ technology. HAS (Homogenised Active Solution) combines both actives via a unique milling process which defines precise tolerances to ensure the optimum particle size. This ensures that the two actives work together to maximum effect. Imidacloprid combined with Beta-cyfluthrin results in an enhanced effect –delivering a much more effective control of pests. For example, in one trial, when the mortality from Imidacloprid (1.7%) was added to mortality from Beta-cyfluthrin (64.0%), total mortality was just 66%. However, due to the enhanced efficacy that occurs when the two actives were mixed together, Temprid provided 90% mortality. Application rate and delivery for Temprid 75 Residual Insecticide:Non-porous surfaces: 50mL / up to 5L water / 100m2Porous surfaces or through use of power equipment: 50mL / up to 10L water / 100m2Best practice guidelinesConduct a thorough inspection prior to application of any chemical product.Read and follow directions on the label – there is information relating to specific pests which is intended to optimise control.Ensure spray tank is clean of residues of other formulations prior to use.Calibrate sprayer prior to application to ensure that target application rate is being achieved. For internal spraying a flat fan nozzle (eg size 4001), producing a fine spray pattern is recommended. For external spraying use a medium to coarse flatfan (e.g. size 6502 or 6504) for evenly flat surfaces or a variable-cone/cone-jet (e.g. X3 or X8) for general situations.Avoid application to surfaces which are cleaned regularly or which are very dirty or greasyComments on applicationEstimate area of surface which needs to be treatedCalibrate spray equipment to achieve coverage of target areaApply to heavy infestations as soon as possible for rapid action knockdown
