Spicy Korean Red has a robust and bold flavour, and is known as one of the spicier, savoury, heirloom garlics. The garlic skin is a beautiful dark pink colour. We suggest using thi s garlic in stir-fries, marinades, and to use in pickling. This is a medium size hardneck, with 6-10 small to medium size cloves.
