This item has been handmade and is a one of kind, unique creation so it's not 100% perfect there may be small imperfections. Caring for your polymer clay ornament is easy. You can dust it with a soft clean cloth or run it under cold water and gently pat dry. Long exposure to water is not advised, however it is waterproof so it can get wet without any damage. Whilst Polymer Clay is pretty sturdy once baked, it is still fragile, please never apply unnecessary pressure or tension to your item. The mini magnets used in your CUDDLE Beans are super strong so when separating your CUDDLE Beans please take care. Returns/ExchangesI do my best to accurately photograph my products, I don't accept returns or exchanges. If you have any breakages within the first month of owning one of my pieces, please contact me and I will do all I can within reason to find a suitable solution. Lost/damaged packagesI take the greatest care to ensure all orders are wrapped as well as possible to avoid damages, however once it leaves me, there are factors in which I can't control. If your order is damaged or lost/stolen during shipping, I cannot replace or refund as this is not something I can afford to do as a small business, but please contact me so we can try to figure out a possible resolution.
