This stylized map of the county of Cumbria features the Lake District and all its key locations including Ambleside, Windermere, Keswick and Kendal. Creatively depicted by Lake District based artist Dan Bell, reproduced from his original hand drawn pen and ink map with a fantasy theme. Dan Bell has been drafting maps since the end of 2017. His first work, an emulation of Tolkien's Middle-earth, drew much online attention and since then he has gone on to specialise in the creation of maps covering real world places with a unique fantasy theme. After graduating from Imperial College London with a Master's degree in Ecology, Evolution and Conservation, his chance success led him down a rabbit hole of creation which he now works on full-time.
