The possibilities are endless when you combine the subtle smoke of fresh cumin, spicy habanero peppers and fresh herbs like rosemary and cilantro. Also pairs well with our creole spice and taco seasoning. Flavor Hacks: Cumin Baked Chicken: 1-2 pounds of boneless chicken breasts. 1/2 cup chopped vidalia onions, 1/8 cup cumin oil, 2T. chopped fresh cilantro, 2 toes peeled and chopped garlic. Creole spice and taco seasoning to taste. Combine the onions, cilantro, garlic and oil. Mix well. Add a little cooking oil to a pyrex baking dish. add chicken breasts. Top with cumin oil mixture. Sprinkle with taco seasoning and creole seasoning. Cook for 25-30 minutes on 350 until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees.
