Our Fish Tuning 2018/2019/2020/2021 CME Bypass Cable (also known as the Security Gateway Module Bypass Cable) can be used in multiple ways and using multiple platforms. You will need this cable - On the 2018's to flash a CSP5 tune for EFILive®, for EZ LYNK for changing tire size or adding a remote start and for MM3 if your security module fails. Or, just in general to bypass the security gateway module. This cable is meant to be installed and left in the vehicle. It is NOT intended to be uninstalled and re-used on other vehicles. Once installed, the OBD-II will still function normally. Also, you must leave it installed in order to use a CSP5 switch/tune for EFILive®. This bypass cable can also be used when using a Snap-on or other OBD II scanner or adding AMP Steps. Click here for some of our installation instructions.
