Our Cloud Crellies are a hybrid between a jelly and crème; they have a sheer, buildable and self-levelling formula. Because of the small amount of white pigment in them, they have a more pastelized hue and slightly more opaque finish compared to a jelly formula. Includes: A single nail polish bottle, housed in a cardboard box. Application Tips: Use 2-3 coats to achieve desired finish. We recommend using a base and top coat to increase manicure longevity and add the finish you desire (glossy or matte top coat). Shake well before use.
