Ingredients: salt, sodium nitrate (6.25%), propoleyne glycol, FD&C Red #3 Prague Powder#1 is a curing salt blend used to cure meats that only need a short cure before it is cooked. Most commonly used in recipes for lox, corned beef, sausages, hot dogs, and bacon. Use with only properly butchered and completely cooled meats.
