Your child goes through each "sensory town" exploring the new food using each sense. While checking off the sensory characteristics, your child develops a comfort with the rejected food. By the end of the journey, your child will be more keen to put the food in their mouth because of the step by step experience. The Balanced Meals Mat makes it easy for your child to learn about healthy eating by choosing balanced meals, all while learning to like new foods and making mealtime interactive.
