Together, they guide departments through carefully crafted questions across key equity and curriculum themes, including disability, race, gender, sexuality, faith and worldview, money, class, age, and intersectional experiences. There are no compliance checklists (c'mon it's Being Luminary) and no new rules to implement. Instead, each subject team gets rich prompts that help them notice patterns, articulate what is working, and agree on one or two meaningful next steps at a time. The tools can be used for whole‑department curriculum reviews, to plan or refresh schemes of work, and to gather student voice in more structured ways, all within ordinary meeting time. The full school set includes one professionally bound A4 booklet per subject, designed for repeated use over several cycles of review, plus digital access to each booklet to make it easier to use across teams and campuses.
