CURRY LEAVES do not taste like curry! They are leaves from a tropical evergreen tree called a curry tree. These trees are native to India and Ceylon. They are a member of the citru s family, so It is no surprise that their leaves have a slight citrus, lemongrass flavour. SUGGESTED USES: CURRY LEAVES are used in curry blends in southern India the way bay leaves are used in northern India.
