Curtido A fermented cabbage slaw originating from El Salvador.Slightly tangy with a hit of spice, our version of this El Salvadoran side dish is naturally fermented for a minimum o f two weeks in traditional crocks.A perfect blend of garlic, oregano, cumin and chilli is added to create a vibrant, warming and flavourful ferment.Traditionally served alongside pupusas, Curtido works well with salads, tortillas and wraps. Try some in a mixed bean burrito or a pulled pork taco, it's delish! Ingredients: Cabbage, Carrot, Onion, Garlic, Oregano, Cumin, Chilli Flakes, Cornish Sea Salt 270g or 500g All our ferments are unpasteurised, allowing beneficial bacteria to grow and thrive. Made in an environment that handles gluten, dairy and nuts. As our food is made in a small kitchen where equipment is shared, food items may not be suitable for those with severe allergies.
