This stunning curved glazed corridor is part of a large asylum. This part connects the abandoned half of the site to the still active part, so I was erring on the side of caution not to be seen. This was my second attempt to get inside so once in (through an open door none the less?!) I spent about 6 hours inside. The corridors seemed never-ending. I found old equipment, NHS crockery, and old lab and patient artwork. There was also a hairdressers (with a really dodgy spongy floor eek!) A lot of the place had been modernised with suspended ceilings and fixtures but it was really interesting to wander around for so long.
