Total payment for meat, minus reservation fee, will be due to LRF based on the specific weight of your half within a week of locker drop off date. You will also have have a one payment to the meat locker for processing and packaging your pork at the time of pick up 3-5 weeks later. Hanging weight for a half is typically between 100-150lbs. Take home amount of pork ends up being approximately 65% of hanging weight. This ends up being around 65-100lbs of finished pork for your home freezer.
