You can respond to that email and include your order number and picture and be very detailed of what you're requesting on your order. All orders placed before 12 pm Thursday should be available for pickup that Friday or Saturday unless we're booked with Funeral Programs that week. We will adjust the lighting on the photos as best as we can, but ultimately if the images are very dark they may be harder to make out when printed!
