Please note: This listing is for customers who have a specific card artwork they’d like painted onto a binder (such as the examples shown). If you’d like me to create a completely original design or combine multiple artworks onto one binder, please get in touch before ordering so we can discuss your ideas. THE DISPLAYED ARTWORK IS AN EXAMPLE, YOU WILL RECEIVE THE ARTWORK YOU HAVE REQUESTED ON YOUR BINDER. How does a commission work? 1). Upload the design you would like using the ‘upload your files’ button. 2). Select what colour binder you would like your design painted on 3). Once you have uploaded the design you would like, your request will be painted on a Vault X binder in the colour of your choosing. Please be aware colour availability is subject to Vault X stock availability. 4). Afterwards your binder will be sealed with a matte top coat which stops any smudging or damage to the artwork. Although the artwork will not smudge I recommend handling your binders with care. 5). I will email you photos of your finished binder so you can confirm you are happy with it! (Please keep an eye out on your spam folder) 6). Your binder will be sealed back in the original box and shipped out to you! What binder brand do you paint on? Your artwork will be painted onto a Vault X binder unless requested otherwise! How long will it take? My current processing time is 7-10 working days. All of these are hand painted by me so I will not be able to speed anyone’s request up. Binders will be painted in the order that I receive commissions. How will it be shipped? Your order will be carefully packaged and sent with Royal Mail Tracked 24 (UK) or Royal Mail International Tracked (Worldwide). A tracking number will be provided to you on your dispatch email.
