Our made-to-size cases can also be used for retail displays, product presentations, prototypes, memorabilia, awards, models, electronics, promotional items, and other applications where an off-the-shelf acrylic box simply won't work. If you have an idea that doesn't fit neatly into one of those categories, that's okay — custom is the point. Frequently Asked Questions Can you make an acrylic display case to a custom size? Yes. Each custom case is made based on the width, height, and depth you provide rather than being selected from a list of predetermined case sizes. Should I add extra room to my measurements? No. Enter the actual outside dimensions of your item. We'll account for appropriate clearance when designing your case. What's the difference between 3mm and 6mm acrylic? Our Shield 3mm acrylic is lighter and more economical, making it ideal for most everyday displays. Aegis 6mm acrylic is thicker, heavier, and more rigid for customers looking for a premium presentation. Can you make custom acrylic boxes? Yes. Our custom display cases are essentially made-to-size clear acrylic enclosures and can accommodate many products and objects beyond traditional collectibles. Can I order a case for something other than a collectible? Absolutely. Custom cases can be used for retail products, models, memorabilia, electronics, awards, keepsakes, product displays, and many other applications. Does the case arrive assembled? Custom cases are shipped flat and designed for customer assembly. What if I'm not sure how to measure my item? Measure the maximum width, height, and depth of the item itself. If the shape or project is unusual and you're unsure how to measure it, contact us before ordering and we'll help determine the best approach.
