Fabric and Construction Our AOP polo uses a 92% polyester with 8% spandex performance blend, mid-weight 250 gsm with a pique weave and 4-way stretch. The fabric is moisture-wicking, wrinkle-resistant, and colorfast. Sublimation printing requires polyester fibers because the ink converts from solid to gas under heat and bonds permanently with the material, which is why cotton polos cannot support all-over print.
