Add details (Design type: Names, words, quotes, sayings, etc. images, Anything you would like to see on backdrop) 4. (OPTIONAL) Email 1-4 "HIGH QUALITY" photos to [email protected] with order number as the subject. Photos that are low quality and/or have a filter may appear blurry on the backdrop/banner. No screenshots or pictures of pictures. If you need to add additional photos or would like a size you do not see, please email at [email protected]. ***If design is started and order is cancelled, there will be a $50 design fee.*** 5. Add to Cart. BACKDROP PROCESSING: Takes 7 to 10 days for processing. You will receive a proof BEFORE anything is printed/shipped. At that time, you can make changes or approve. There is a 2 change request maximum. Once you approve, the item is shipped. SHIPPING: Shipping is $15 for 3-5 business days (ground shipping). Once approved, your backdrop will be shipped within 2-3 days. If you need the item sooner, there is an additional fee for faster shipping. REFUNDS: There are NO REFUNDS on any custom items.
