We are not responsible for undelivered or mis delivered items. We do not guarantee any receive by dates, we ship on time but once it is with USPS it is no longer in our control.If your sign arrives damaged please contact us immediately with the following information:Pictures of the damaged product, the shipping box from different angles, all shipping materials and the shipping label.You MUST hold on to all materials and the broken sign to be taken to the post office for inspection.
