Custom laser engraved barrel heads make great gifts! Your purchase includes up to an hour of design time with one of our graphic designers to get the design dialed in for you. Barrel heads are approximately 22 inches in diameter, 1 inch thick and solid white oak. They are from real, used whiskey or bourbon barrels and will be charred on the back. We sand and seal both sides of the head so you need not worry about any loose char rubbing off. We also install a wall hanger on the back. After the order is placed we will reach out if we have questions about your design request. If your request is straightforward we will work up a proof of your design and send it to you for review. We will do an additional 3 revisions to get it just the way you want it. if you have specific images you want incorporated, have a hand drawn sketch that you would like us to professional work up, or an AI generated image you can upload it below. Image must be strictly black and white and on a white background. Do not submit it superimposed on a barrel. Image should be at least 300 DPI at 20" by 20" Avoid shadowing.
