Know what you want — or need help dreaming it up? We’d love to hear about it! Birthdays, anniversaries, businesses, special events or wonderfully random ideas — we love creating something uniquely yours! ✏️ HOW TO REQUEST PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE THIS LISTING. This is a Custom Order Request & Information page only. There is no charge to submit a request. Send your request through our Contact Page with: • Design/theme• Cookie size & quantity• Date needed• Names, wording or personalization Not sure exactly what you want? That’s okay! Tell us what you have in mind and we’re happy to offer ideas. If we can accommodate your request, we’ll work out the design, pricing and shipping. Once approved, we’ll create your own custom listing and send you the purchase link. ✨ DESIGN & AI MOCKUPS We may create an AI-rendered mockup to help turn your ideas — or ideas we develop together — into a visual design. AI mockups are for visualization and inspiration only. Your actual cookies are handcrafted and decorated by us. We’ll come as close to the approved concept as our handmade process allows, but natural variations are part of what makes them uniquely yours. ❤️ 🖤 CUSTOM LETTERING Names, dates and special sayings? Absolutely! Most lettering is hand-piped with our specialty dog icing. Some may look beautifully uniform while other lettering shows a little more handcrafted personality. Cookie size matters, too — longer wording on cookies under approximately 4" may appear more compact. Ask for what you want! We’ll do our best to make it beautiful. 💲 PRICING & APPROVAL Custom pricing is based on size, quantity and design and differs from our regular bakery designs. Your individual custom listing will include your approved design details, pricing and shipping. Please review everything carefully before purchasing. ✨ By completing your purchase, you 100% confirm that you have reviewed and approved the design concept, wording/spelling, size, quantity, pricing, shipping and other order details, including our Custom Design A.I Mockup policy when applicable. ALL DOGGIE BAG BISCUITS™ SALES ARE FINAL, INCLUDING CUSTOM ORDERS. ⏱️ PROCESSING & SHIPPING Please allow up to 8 business days for processing after purchase. Larger or more detailed orders may require additional time. Need them sooner? Ask! Rush requests depend on our bakery schedule and cannot be guaranteed. Shipping is not free on custom orders.
