High quality files so you can print locally on a variety of surfaces such as stickers, mugs, & paper products. Portraits are done in the newest version of Adobe Photoshop. PRODUCT DETAILS All digital cartoon designs will be hand drawn, 16in x 16in 300ppi, and will be delivered in PNG & JPG They will also include the following: Choice of label (Business Name, Instagram Handle, or Pet’s Name Choice between 3 fonts Choice of the Textured Shape Background’s color PLEASE NOTE Portraits are drawn in a colored shape unless specifically ordered as otherwise & are made for personal use only. There are exceptions such as sticker sales and all gifting purposes. Please ask permission before printing for alternative purposes. TIMING These portraits sometimes take time, so if your portrait needs to be finished for a specific date, please email me ahead of time to ensure I can accommodate your order. Generally production time is 1-2 business days from starting your order & I try to start all orders within a month from purchase. I run on a first order, first serve basis. I will message you when starting your cartoon. REVISION POLICY Once I have drawn your portrait, any extensive changes to the design will be charged at $35/ hour of lost time. For example, if you tell me you want something specific and then want to change poses completely after I've invested an hour of work, you'll be charged for an hour of changes, and I will re-start your design. After final files have been delivered and you've been invited to our shared drive, no free changes are permitted. Sincerely,
