Deposits & Custom Orders One deposit secures your spot for the current booking period (valid for up to 4 hats) For example: if you want to order 2 custom hats, you only need to pay for 1 deposit Your deposit will be applied toward the final cost of your Custom Cranium Covering(s)™ Once you have paid your deposit, reach out via instagram or e-mail to start the design process. Design Proof & Payment A final design rundown will be provided to confirm all details Changes can still be made at this stage, if needed Once the design is approved, the remaining balance and shipping cost will be collected If the balance is not received within 5 days, your deposit will be forfeited and the order will be cancelled Turnaround Time Please allow 1-2 weeks for your custom order to be completed and shipped.Tracking information will be provided once your order is on its way.
