They have a n incredible amount of shine, even when applying a small amount the flakes will shine brightly. They mix with any varnish in the Custom Creative line. For mixing binder, we recommend the AG710 midcoat. These Holographic flakes have that rainbow shimmer to them in any direction you view them at.
