This listing is to request a custom cookie cutter. Please read all instructions before purchasing. Our standard processing times do not apply to custom orders - please allow extra time for your order and let us know if you have a specific deadline. PricingThe $6 design fee covers the design work for one cookie cutter in one size. If the cutter is something we decide to sell in our shop this is all you will pay. If the cutter is not something we think will sell well in our shop or a design we can't sell (for example, a logo or something so specific that we don't think others would purchase it, or it is too similar to a design we already sell), then the custom design fee will be in addition to the price of the cutter. For custom multi-cutters the design fee is always in addition to the price of the cutter, because these are more time-consuming to make and take longer to print. Custom Cutter Pricing:Once the cutter(s) are made, you will be invoiced separately for the price of the cookie cutters (this price is based on the size of the cookie cutters and how long they take to print. On average this is around $6) The cookie cutters will be priced similarly to other cutters in our shop. Generally, more complex and larger designs take longer to print and will be priced higher, while simpler designs are faster to print and will be priced lower. Processing TimeIf you have a specific deadline for your custom cutter please let us know. Custom cutters generally take between 4-7 days to be made but can sometimes take longer depending on our current order volume, how much work needs to be done to create the design and also how quickly any questions we might have are answered. If you request multiple custom cutters with your order, the processing time may take 1-2 weeks or more. If you have a specific deadline please contact us before ordering to confirm that we can complete your order in time. For Custom Design Rush Processing (if a design is needed to be shipped in less than 4 business days) the Rush Fee is $5 per design, or $20 per order for multiple custom designs. This is in addition to the design fee and the printing fee. Because custom work requires additional time and scheduling, we strongly recommend texting us before placing a Rush Custom Order to make sure we can accommodate your deadline. Depending on our current schedule and order volume, we may not be able to accommodate Rush requests for custom work. How it WorksPurchase this listing and then send us an email with images and sizing information to [email protected]. Once we have the size and any images we need we will get started. If we have any questions while making your cutter, we will reach out to you.
