We will need to review the design prior confirming your order if possible and confirm its use. Artwork format must be high resolution (300PPI or greater) JPG, SVG or PNG with transparent background if possible. Personalized handwriting requires a high-resolution image of the word or phrase. Artwork, designs, and detailed notes must be uploaded during checkout, or you can email it to us at [email protected] for any special instructions. Phrases will be printed exactly as they appear. Please double check your spelling. Bake My Sweet Day cutters are hand drawn, 3D modeled, purchased clipart for commercial use and quality tested before it reaches your doorstep. The cutters we make are to be washed by hand only in warm soapy water and are not dishwasher safe. Putting the cutters in a dishwasher could melt, warp, or otherwise damage the PLA. Hot water is the enemy of plastic cookie cutters. MATERIAL USED FOOD SAFE PLA. All our cookie cutters are 3D printed using high quality food safe PLA that is biodegradable and made from plant-based products. PLA is the common name for Polylactic Acid or Polylactide. PLA plastic is derived from corn starch rich plants such as corn and sugar beets. Keep in mind that our plastic cookie cutters have slightly thicker walls to give it more durability so your cookie cutter will last through years of use, but they may not give as clean a cut as a metal cookie cutter. Whereas metal cookie cutters may start to rust or bend from constant use, our cookie cutters will not rust and will keep their shape with proper care. *There is no wheat, nut, or gluten used in or around the resin process or the manufacturing process of the plastic*
