Whether you choose team colours, or a promotional for your gym or event we got you covered. All team designs must be the same. Our Damage Control Custom High Impact Mouthguards are $18 each Cdn. Extreme Impact Mouthguards are $28 each Art requirements : We require vector or high quality digital artwork submitted. No JPG files please. DC Custom Design: We will provide the design free and offer you two options to select from before ordering provided that you order from us. If you do not order from us you will be subject to a $50 design fee. We will ask for your card upon receiving your request and prior to design. Once order is agreed upon we will deduct it from your total order amount once order is placed.
