Custom work at PNWBUSHCRAFT is limited. This listing secures a custom design consultation and places your request in line based on the order it is received. We love creating thoughtful, functional gear — and custom work allows us to do just that, intentionally and with care. To ensure each custom project receives the time and attention it deserves, we open custom requests in limited batches of 10 projects at a time. All custom requests begin with a required design consultation fee. Custom Design Consultation – $40 (Required) This fee covers: Review of your custom request Design consideration and feasibility review Material and construction evaluation Pattern adjustments or concept development A custom quote for your project If your project is accepted and we move forward, the $40 design fee covers the design work and is non-refundable. If we determine your project is not a good fit, the design fee will be fully refunded. How the Custom Process Works Custom requests are reviewed in the order they are received We accept 10 custom projects per batch Once all 10 spots are filled, this listing will be closed until the next opening Submitting a request does not guarantee acceptance, but every request will be reviewed carefully.
