Here are the details:💗Our machines require a special format that is specific to our machines. In order to create a high quality image that is crisp and clean and doesn't look blurry, fuzzy or have jagged lines, we need turn your photo into a vectorized high quality image. If you have a specific logo or design that you would like turned into a print, you can speed up this process by submitting the highest quality image that you have along with your order. If you have trouble uploading your design, or don't know what file to send, just send them all to [email protected] and we will use the one that best meets our needs. 💗If you have an idea for a shirt, but don't have a photo, no problem. We can still create a custom shirt design for you. Please let us know in detail what you would like the design to say or have on it. The more detail, the better. Providing inspiration photos helps speed up the process and give us a more clear idea of what you are looking for. Please note that we respect the work of other artists and will not identically re-create the design you submit unless you have ownership rights to the design (such as teams, schools and business logos). 💗What size would you like the design to be? Most designs are 8 inches wide for youth, 9.5-10 inches wide for women and 11-12" for men. The height will depend on what the design is. If you don't specify the size that you would like, we will choose the size that is proportional to your design and shirt style/size. 💗If you place an order of 10 or more shirts you will receive a team discount of 10% off and 20 or more shirts 20% off. The shirts must all be purchased together. We will send you a special code when you are ready to place your bulk order. Often other moms and team members want to purchase the same design that you like.💗What color would you like your design to be? (We use CMYK values, but you can give us a general idea of color if you don't have a specific CMYK color code). Please provide as many details as you can on what you would like your design to look like and how you would like it to be laid out. School/team colors are extremely helpful.💗Custom designs are completed within 7 business days. An email with how the design will look will be emailed to you for approval. Please verify that your email is correct when placing the order. If a response is not received in 3 days from the time we send it to you for approval, it is assumed that you approve of the design and the order will be completed and shipped to you. Please promptly respond either way. We strive to have every single design approved so we can be sure your item is perfect for you. 💗We allow three minor edits to your design. That is why it is extremely important to be sure of of all of the details prior to placing the order.The set up fee is only for us to create a custom file usable for our equipment, it is not for the file itself. We do not give or sell our designs or associated files. The files and designs created are exclusive property of Becky's Boutique and cannot be re-created or used without prior written permission. Basic elements within the design are not exclusive and may be used within our other designs. Therefor it is imperative to provide us with every detail about size, color, layout, etc. so we can create your custom design right the first time within the 3 small minor included changes.
