This is a non-refundable deposit for design proofs for custom requests. The deposit covers the initial discussion/proofing of the design. Unfortunately we can’t know the exact price until a piece is finished, because of the variation in materials, labor etc. Once it is finished, the final balance will be sent to you for payment. After final payment, we ship your custom goodies to you! 🥳 Please note: Custom designs are subject to availability. We’ve not been able to dedicate the proper time that bringing a customer’s vision to life requires in years, however, occasionally we may be able to create something smaller/simpler that doesn’t require strict guidelines and we’re allowed artistic freedom to make a design we feel is beautiful. 💖 We can add elements of color or motifs that you like, but ultimately the finished piece will be designed in our "Margay B" style (which tends to be ombré color gradients, botanicals, small details). We hope you like our style, and if not, no worries— but we wouldn’t recommend committing to this if you’re not a fan of our style.
