We will contact you to make your perfect design come to life! If we cannot reach your ideal design we will refund your purchase cost minus 20% to cover some design time and work. Custom Design works can take up to 2 weeks excluding weekends to complete an original design. Please allow for this additional time in your planning. This time is NOT included in Turn around Time. Choose your style first, then pick your size - each style has its own fit + chart in the photos Color: Type the exact color name from the chart for your style! Want us to pick? No problem. Make sure to list at least 2 options you'd like, preferably 3. (If stock is limited, your 2nd or 3rd choice will be used.) Size: Not sure? Measure a favorite tee or sweatshirt and compare it to our size chart, or swing by the shop to try on! Care: Wash inside out with cold water, hang to dry or tumble dry low. No bleach, no ironing on the design. Returns & Exchanges: Made to order just for you! Because of the custom nature of our process, we can’t accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations unless there’s a manufacturing defect.
