Please email the information listed below to [email protected] Best photo(s) of your pet(s). Preferably in high quality and good lighting, especially with clear eyes. Sometimes I combine multiple photos to create the artwork. Theme or elements of your choice (eg. Name, date, favorite food, toy, color, place or scenery etc.) Any other comments you would like to let me know (A story is also fine) 3. Once we receive the photos, we'll get back to you and start creating your artwork!4. About our prints All of our prints are available as unframed archival prints, produced on the highest quality premium, 240gsm matte paper. This is thicker than your standard poster print. Prints can also be purchased framed in a selection of frame styles that arrive ready to hang on your wall. Our prints both framed and unframed are made to order in Australia in a variety of sizes and styles options. About our frames Our framed prints are assembled in Melbourne, Australia. The frames are made from plantation grown, environmentally sustainable timber with genuine 2mm thick shatter-proof acrylic glass which is durable, doesn't flex and is easy to clean. Frames are available in either a smooth matte white, smooth matte black, or a natural timber colour. Our frames are premium, contemporary box-styled frames, measuring 2cm wide on the face and 3cm deep against the wall. All frames are ready to hang. Please allow up to 3mm variance on dimensions as these products are hand-made. Production & shipping time All our orders ship directly from our factory in Melbourne. Please allow up to 1 week for your order to be produced after your artwork is completed. Then allow additional time for shipping to you depending on your location. Shipping times to most major Australian metropolitan cities are less than 1 week. Allow up to 1-2 weeks more for regional and remote locations. Please allow more time during peak seasonal periods such as Black Friday and Christmas.
