How to Order Your Custom Hat Choose Your Hat – Select the style & color you’d like. Personalize It – Enter your dog’s name. Tell Us About Your Dog – Provide the breed or mix of breeds to help us create the illustration. Upload 2 Photos – Submit 2 different clear, front-facing images of your dog's face. Make sure the photos accurately represents your dog; side-angled or blurry images make the illustration process difficult. Approve Your Illustration – Within 2-5 business days after purchase, you’ll receive an email with your custom illustration. You can request one revision if needed. If we can't achieve a design you love, we’ll issue a full refund at this stage. Receive Your Hat! – Once approved, we’ll create your custom hat and ship it straight to your mailbox.
