We love helping you with your custom DTF orders! This listing is for purchasing individual DTF transfers (one image per art board). Maximum print size for this listing is 14" x 14". You must have the digital file in either png, svg or ai format. It must also be saved with a transparent background. Designs should be submitted ready for print. Our team will review the file to ensure a quality print and to confirm the width of the design. The colors of the file must be as you need them printed. If you need our help changing the colors in the design, there will be a $5 design fee. We recommend printing areas be at least .5 point thick for easy application. We recommend at least 1pt of negative space for non-printing areas. Details that fall below this recommended spec may not apply easily or at all. If your file is not print-ready or has quality concerns, we will notify you and give you the option to work 1-on-1 with one of our designers. There will be a design fee that ranges from $5 - $25 based on complexity. You will receive the final design file as part of your design fee. Once you place your DTF order, please email the file (in one of the above formats) to [email protected] and confirm the width each file should be printed at (example: xyz design at 9inches wide, abc design at 11" wide, etc). If you need sizing recommendations, we will be happy to help. Transfers are non-refundable. **SHOP CREDIT cannot be used on custom orders. If this is attempted on a custom order then the order will automatically be cancelled within our system. CUSTOM SINGLE IMAGE DTF TRANSFERS SHIP IN 1-5 BUSINESS DAYS. CUSTOM DTF SINGLE IMAGE ORDERS CAN BE PLACED WITH OTHER RTS TRANSFERS. CUSTOM SCREEN PRINT TRANSFERS AND CUSTOM DTF GANG ORDERS MUST BE PLACED SEPARATELY. SINGLE IMAGE CUSTOM DTF ORDERS ARE AVAILABLE FOR LOCAL PICKUP AT OUR SHOP IN RICHMOND, IN. *Colors on your monitor (RGB color mode) will appear more vivid than a pressed full color transfer (CMYK color mode). By purchasing any DTF transfer, you are acknowledging that you understand that your pressed transfer may be more dull in comparison due to the color mode conversion. We advise all files be provided in CMYK color mode. *Please be aware that the submitted design opacity will need to be 100% and have no transparency to it. This applies to all areas created to look shadowed, smokey, watercolored, brush-stroked, glowing, etc. If you are unable to make those adjustments, we have recommended designers who can assist for a small fee. *Due to any routine printer maintenance, color profiles may be adjusted to ensure the best printing outcome and can result in a slight variation in the coloring of the printed transfers. By purchasing, you are acknowledging this may occur and accept the final product coloring may vary.
