Before any embroidery or patch order can be completed, your design must be digitized. This is a one-time technical setup process where we convert your logo or image into a special file that tells our embroidery machine exactly how to stitch your design, including stitch paths, color transitions, and thread direction. This is a one-time setup fee per design Once your design is digitized, we save it on file for future orders at no extra charge, unless you need changes or resizing. Why it’s important: Your regular JPG, PNG, or even vector files can’t be used directly for embroidery. Digitizing ensures the artwork is formatted correctly, looks clean when stitched, and is compatible with our machines. Please note we cannot process embroidery orders without having this file. If you already have a digitized file please contact us in the store for a custom quote.
