If you have something specific in mind, it can be made to order just for you. Please read this description in full before placing your order! To request a custom ghost, please follow the steps below: 1. Add this item to your cart, even if you are purchasing other items at the same time, and follow the checkout process as usual. 2. As soon as you have placed your order, or as quickly as possible afterwards, email [email protected] with " CUSTOM (your name and order number)" in the subject bar and give a detailed description of your request in the email. The more information, the better! Please feel free to include reference images relevant to your request, but please be aware that we will not copy the work of another artist (please read through to the end for full terms). 3. You will receive a response confirming the receipt of your request within one business day. You will then receive a follow up email within two business days with an image of a mock-up of your request for your approval before your item is made. If you wish to make any changes, this can be done at this stage. 4. Once you're happy, your ghost will be finished and dispatched ASAP, along with any other items ordered at the same time. As long as approval of the design is received as quickly as possible, this should be within five business days of your order being placed. We are able to accommodate almost all requests, but please note the following when communicating your request: Pastel colours can be easily achieved throughout your ghost when cast, but if you are requesting a strong/vibrant colour then this will be achieved post-casting. Marbling is possible in pastel shades only, but we can accommodate a combination of any colours you wish. Gilding is available in gold, silver, champagne silver, copper, rose gold, black, royal blue, emerald green or red. We also have a range of mixed gilding colours available which can be discussed once your order is placed if required. Glow in the dark detailing is available in yellow, green, pink (glows peach), orange and blue. Please note that the blue and green appear white when not glowing. The others appear as the colour that they glow. Bold metallic colouring (not gilding) is available in all colours except black. Finishes are available in matt or gloss. Ghosts which require structural redesign must be requested by email before purchasing in case they cannot be accommodated. If your request features elements not featured in the standard shape of our flagship ghost design then please email the above address to confirm with us before placing your order. Whilst we strive to accommodate all custom requests, and whilst some may unfortunately simply not be possible, we do reserve the right to refuse and refund a custom order in certain circumstances. Please note that we will not, under any circumstances, produce an item that is: A direct copy of another artist's work Designed to be sold on or passed off as the work of another artist Designed to be sold or given away as a promotional item for a person, group, club, political party, business or event unless this has been specifically pre-approved by arrangement before ordering. Such requests can be made via email only and will not be fulfilled without prior discussion and agreement. Intended, or is likely by virtue of it's nature, to promote or cause distress, offence or harm to a group, person or persons. This includes, but is not limited to, the use or influence of racist, extremist, sexist, homophobic, transphobic, ableist or xenophobic imagery and language. Exceptions will not be made and refusal is at our discretion and is final. Any order of this nature will be immediately refunded.
