Each graduation cap topper is hand-painted and completely customized to your requests, making your finished cap topper unique and truly one of a kind! The actual graduation cap is not included. Sarah paints on a solid black, durable cap topper template that fits on top of your graduation cap. The cap topper template measures 9.5x9.5 inches. The process to attach your design to the cap itself is very easy. Your cap topper will come with a pre-cut "button hole" in the center of the card stock. Simply place the cap topper over the button and line the edges of the cap up with the edges of the card stock template. Use glue or double sided tape to secure the edges of the design template to the cap. Cap toppers ALL come with a precut button hole for easy placement and attachment. Are designs fully custom? Each of our graduation cap toppers are designed especially for the graduate. The lettering, details, and other design elements are all up to YOU so you can choose exactly what you want. Grad Cap Topper Timeline Your cap topper is cut, painted, packaged, and shipped by The Redheaded Camel. When you purchase a cap topper, you'll receive a design questionnaire via email to include important details, like colors, quote, flower preferences, and other information. If Sarah has questions before starting the cap topper, you'll chat by email to nail down details before the painting begins! After you cap topper has been painted, you'll receive a photo via email for approval prior to shipment. Every step of the grad cap process is designed to keep the graduate involved and excited about your one of a kind design! Due to the high demand of the graduation cap toppers and the time it takes to design and hand paint each one, we request that you order your cap topper AT LEAST four weeks prior to the date needed. If you need your cap topper sooner than four weeks from the order date, please email [email protected] to discuss a rush order. At checkout, you must provide the date your cap topper is needed (for graduation, senior portraits, etc.). Your cap topper will be shipped for arrival to you at least three days before the needed date that is provided. Why Invest?
