To ensure this, a consultation is essential to ensure your stole comes out how you want it to. Consultation FeeA $15 consultation fee is required to book your session. This fee acts as a deposit toward your custom stole. If you attend your consultation on time and we complete your design, the $15 will be credited toward your final purchase. Late / No-Show PolicyPlease be on time for your scheduled consultation. A 10-minute grace period is allowed. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your session may need to be rescheduled. Missed appointments or no-shows will result in the loss of your $15 consultation fee. A new consultation fee will be required to rebook.
