How to Order 1 Send your logo or image — After purchasing, message us with your custom logo, artwork, or design file. High-resolution files (PNG, PDF, or vector) work best for a clean engraving result. 2 Confirm your hat color — You must confirm your preferred hat color before your order goes into production. Please message us with your selection so we can get started. 3 Choose your leather patch shape & design — Let us know the patch shape (rectangle, oval, shield, etc.) and any specific design details or layout preferences for the engraving. 4 Approve & we'll get to work — Once all details are confirmed, your order enters production. We'll keep you updated along the way. Production Time: 2–3 Weeks Please allow 1 to 2 weeks from the date all order details are confirmed (logo, hat color, and patch design) for your order to be completed and shipped. Orders will not begin production until all customization details have been received and approved.
