How do I choose the right format? Please do not upload square photos if you have ordered a portrait format. If we receive a photo in the wrong format, we may need to crop it to fit the painting. Parts of the photo may not be displayed. Make sure you have a high-quality photo. Always upload the largest possible image to achieve the best result. If the image is of poor quality, the painting may become blurry. Be careful with shadows and sunlight in the photo, as they can alter the colors of your Paint by Numbers set.
