This package is ideal for you if you’d prefer to do some therapeutic activities on your own, but you're not sure where to start and a consultation first would be helpful. I would love to help with that! We would start with a quick consultation to go over what kind of things you’re hoping to work on (for example: positive self-image, letting go of perfectionism, focusing on gratitude or happy memories, mindfulness, setting some goals, etc) and I will then design two creative activities just for you. If they require specific art supplies or materials that may not be found in your home, I can mail you the entire package of items that you’ll need (at an additional materials cost or send you the materials list for you to gather the items). You'll also receive my facilitating guidance and reflection questions for you to do on your own time. Sometimes chatting through a virtual setting on camera just isn't comfortable for everyone, and self-guided practices are great for that. I also understand that you might want to chat about the activities afterwards though, so this package also includes an email follow up with me, if you would like to share your thoughts about what you created and get any next step suggestions via email support.
