Screen colors (RGB or hex) shift in print — expect a close match, not an exact one. Full bleed: extend your background to the bleed line, 89 × 58 mm. Keep anything that matters inside the safe area, 81 × 50 mm. Vector is best (.ai or .svg). Raster is fine at 600 DPI with anti-aliasing off — .tif, .psd, or .png with transparency. White is ink and it prints. Don't paint the card's own color into your background. No metallic or neon inks yet. Printed gold and silver are CMYK simulations, not foil. Skip borders and hairlines — they show up any trim movement. Prefer something more premium?
