Let us know of the date and what you are looking to create. You can also email us photos of designs to help us see what you like. We will review your ideas and let you know if we can fulfill your order. After a free consultation, the design consultation fee is required to begin your design. This $50 fee is non-refundable. It includes up to three changes to the design with video, email and/or phone discussion, and photos for your approval. A design is considered 'custom' when it's something that we do not have on our website. Any change in color, shape or material is custom. Any change in a standard design is considered custom even if it only involves change in color or size of ribbon. The more information you give us on what your are looking to create the easier and faster the design process will take. Creating custom designs, especially working online, takes time. We are efficient and pay close attention to your requests. Very seldom we find ourselves not being able to fulfill your order in a cost-effective way. The finished products themselves will have a separate charge, representing the complexity, materials and time needed to build them. We will inform you of the final price once we have agreed upon the design. The final product price will be in line with the range of prices you see in our current offerings.
