Your item will be recreated based on the design shown, but because each piece is handmade, no two products will ever be identical.Minor imperfections are normal and expected with handmade items — I am not a machine, and slight variations are part of the charm and authenticity of handcrafted work. • Shipping IssuesOnce a package leaves my hands, I am not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or incorrect delivery due to address errors.If an issue occurs, please contact USPS directly to file a claim using the tracking number provided by Shopify. • Damaged ItemsIf your item arrives damaged, you must contact me within 24 hours of delivery. Hand wash only Not microwave safe Not dishwasher safe Do not leave in hot cars, high temperatures, or direct sunlight Avoid dropping or rough handling • Epoxy & YellowingFor white cups or designs with large white areas: epoxy naturally yellows over time. I use UV‑resistant epoxy to slow this process, but it cannot prevent it entirely.
