Your sourcing fee includes: • Design consultation and concept development• Curated gemstone sourcing options based on your intention, colour preferences, and aesthetic• Handcrafted wirework planning in gold-filled or our signature antiqued bronze Once your sourcing fee is received, a member of our team will reach out to discuss your design details, gemstone options, and next steps. Together, we’ll shape a meaningful one-of-a-kind piece that reflects your style and story. Please note that gemstone options are sourced based on availability at the time of inquiry, and specific stones cannot be guaranteed until selected and confirmed. Non-Refundable Fee This sourcing fee is non-refundable, as it covers the time, research, and preparation required to source gemstones and begin the design development process for your custom piece. If you choose to move forward with the custom order, the sourcing fee will be applied toward the final cost of your piece. Communication Guidelines Your custom order includes up to three email exchanges to finalize design details. Additional emails or extended consultations may incur a small design consultation fee. Balance & Completion Once your design and gemstone selection are finalized, we will confirm the remaining balance and estimated timeline for crafting your piece.
