DO NOT SELECT YOUR ACTUAL EVENT DATE!!!) 5. Once the details of your order is finalized you will receive an invoice. The invoice needs to be paid in full before we begin processing your order. 6. Processing Time for custom items is up to 14 business days. 7. THERE ARE ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES ON CUSTOM ITEMS.
