Pearl Customization Deposit Terms & Instructions 1. Deposit Rule A non-refundable customization deposit is required to confirm all pearl customization orders. The deposit amount is determined based on the customization scheme, pearl grade, material cost and processing complexity. Official order production will only be arranged after the deposit is successfully paid and verified. 2. Purpose of Deposit The deposit is used to reserve designated pearl materials, arrange exclusive manual processing, cover preliminary loss costs and lock the customized order quota. It guarantees the priority of your order in our production schedule and prevents material reservation and labor resource waste caused by arbitrary order cancellation. 3. Deposit Deduction & Balance Payment The paid deposit will be fully deducted from the total amount of the customized order. Customers only need to pay the remaining balance before the order is completed and delivered. The final settlement amount is subject to the actual confirmed customization plan and product specifications. 4. Non-refundable Provisions Once the customization process starts (including but not limited to material reservation, cutting, polishing, setting and other processing procedures), the deposit will not be refunded under any of the following circumstances: customer’s voluntary order cancellation, temporary change of mind, unclaimed goods, or refusal to pay the balance. This rule applies to all personalized pearl customization products that cannot be resold second-hand. 5. Order Modification Rules Minor adjustments to the customization scheme are allowed free of charge before formal processing. If the customer applies for major changes (such as replacing pearl materials, adjusting size and style, modifying inlay design) after processing starts, additional material and labor costs shall be borne by the customer, and the original deposit will not be adjusted or refunded accordingly. 6. Production & Delivery We will confirm the production cycle with customers in advance. After the completion of product customization, we will notify the customer to pay the balance. Delivery will be arranged immediately after the balance payment is received. Delayed payment caused by the customer will lead to delayed delivery, for which we will not be held responsible.
