These ph otos will result in low quality designs. If you submit low quality photos, you agree that your items will not have clear clarity. Color variation: Due to the many variations in monitors and browsers, color samples may appear different on different monitors. There may be small imperfections. This has to do with the printing process used. We try to make these imperfections as minimal as possible. Shipping: Custom orders are processed 3-4 weeks from the order date depending on current workload. Once an item has been accepted by USPS or UPS, Buffiepromodesignz, LLC is not responsible for any shipping time, loss of packages, or delay in shipping. You will receive an email or text (if you selected that option) with a tracking number once your item(s) has shipped. Please ensure that you provide the correct address before checking out to ensure prompt delivery of items. Insurance is available via Priority Mail and is highly recommended. Shipping is not done on the weekend or holidays. We ship with USPS or UPS. Priority Mail: Takes 1-3 business days. Priority Mail Express: Takes 1-2 business days and comes with $100 of insurance.
